You can go directly to your app dashboard without needing to log in if you have the email with the "Go to Dashboard" button. You can request this email from The Review Solution or from your BBB. Alternately, you may be able to reach your app dashboard from your BBB business portal. Some BBBs have already established this link; the rest of our partner BBBs will be integrating this feature soon.
Another way to log into your dashboard is to visit https://thereviewsolution.com/app. Use the email address you signed up with as your username, and enter your password. If you don't remember your password, simply click "Forgot password?" and a password reset link will be sent to the email address on file.
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be on the “Dashboard” landing page. The main menu, on the left and in dark blue, will indicate all your options. From top to bottom:
Monitoring tab shows a detailed breakdown of review requests sent and keeps track of current reviews from the sites you’ve chosen. The top half of the page shows your star ratings over time on a specific site. Click the “Review Data” button in any card to see reviews from that site only in the “Recent Reviews” feed. To see your review request activity, click the "Review Requests" half of the button centered at the very top of the page. Scroll down to the table, where you can see the requests and sort them by column (who sent the request, date/time sent, device key it was sent from, whether the recipient clicked the link, etc.)
Text activity numbers (at the top of your screen) and graph (in the top box) show how many requests are being sent vs. how many are clicked.
Next, the “Text” and “Email” options allow you to customize your review requests. You can upload images and customize phrasing, subject to character limits. NOTE: Text logo/image display depends on the receiver’s device.
The “Review Sites” button is where you save the sites you want to monitor and request reviews from. Please do not modify the links in this section. Contact us at 888-649-6140 if you'd like a site added, changed, or removed. Please also contact us if you wish to set up a custom link.
The “Users” tab is where you can assign device keys to individuals. See this link for details.
"Device Keys" lists the available device keys allotted to your account and whether they’re assigned to a user. Here, you can reassign or delete device keys.
"Settings" includes a variety of functions. This is where you can change your business name, email and password; add or remove administrative privileges for users, and find the Account Suspension form.
"Send a Request" is just as it sounds. The interface looks just like the app. Simply choose the Text or Email option, type in the customer's name and phone number (or email address), and hit "send." Alternately, you can tap the magnifying glass in the "Customer Name" field to pull up your contacts and choose from your address book. This option saves you time by auto-filling the customer information; however, you must allow the app permission to access your contact list.
The "Log Out" button will log you out of the current account.
* Facebook has made an update in the data it provides third-party companies, and has severely limited how much Facebook data a third-party company can pull in any given time frame. This hampers our ability to be able to update Facebook reviews. As a result, we have made the decision to stop monitoring Facebook for the time being so that we can focus our server resources on the other review sites that do not have the data restrictions that Facebook does.
