We now have an email which includes a "Go to Dashboard" button that bypasses the traditional username + password login. If you already have an app account, you can call us (888-649-6140) to request this email or ask your BBB contact to send it to you. Alternately, you may be able to access your app dashboard from your BBB business portal. Some of our partner BBBs already have this capability; others will be rolling it out over the next few months. Otherwise, you can click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login screen at https://thereviewsolution.com/app. A reset link will be sent to the email on file for your account.
