If you’ve misplaced your device key and can’t get into your app, click the “Forgot device key” link below the green “Log In” button on your app. Your device key will be sent to the email on file for your account.
You can also view your device keys on your app dashboard. They will show on the landing page and in the “Device Keys” tab. To access your dashboard, visit www.thereviewsolution.com/app. You will need the email address you used to sign up for the app as well as the password you created. You can always reset your password using the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.
If you cannot access your dashboard, and you don't know your device key(s), you can request that we re-send the welcome email, which includes your device keys and your dashboard login information. We can only send this email to the email address currently associated with the account.
