To downgrade, please fill out the account suspension form in your dashboard. Click “My Account,” then “Settings.” You’ll see a box to the left with several sections in it. Scroll to the bottom, and click the plus (+) next to “Account Suspension.” Click the “Suspend My Account” button and fill out the form.
PLEASE NOTE: you must submit the Account Suspension form 10 days before your billing date in order to avoid being charged for the next month. Your billing date is visible in the “Settings” screen.
