The Review Solution Premium app works just like the Basic version, but with more features. With Premium, you can use your app to request reviews on popular sites such as BBB, Google, Yelp, and Facebook, as well as industry-specific sites such as Cars.com, HomeAdvisor, and Angie’s List. Only one link is included in each review request, and the sites you choose go in a rotation. For example, if a business has chosen BBB, Google, Yelp, and HomeAdvisor as their sites, the first review request sent will include a link to BBB, the next will include a link to Google, the one after that will feature a link to Yelp, and the fourth one will link to HomeAdvisor. The next request will begin the rotation again by sending the customer to the BBB, and so on. There are over 100 popular review sites to choose from, and you may add as many as you like to your rotation.
What if the customer gets to your Yelp profile and doesn’t want to leave a review? Premium has you covered. You can specify a default site that will give the customer another chance to leave a review if they back out the first time.
Not only can you send reviewers to all your profiles with one app, with Premium you can monitor your review profiles all from one app dashboard. See your star ratings at a glance, and keep an eye on your reviews in real time. Monitoring collects all the reviews from your specified sites and pulls them all into your profile so you can see everything in one place.*
* Facebook has made an update in the data it provides third-party companies, and has severely limited how much Facebook data a third-party company can pull in any given time frame. This hampers our ability to be able to update Facebook reviews. As a result, we have made the decision to stop monitoring Facebook for the time being so that we can focus our server resources on the other review sites that do not have the data restrictions that Facebook does.
When the Notifications feature is turned on, customers who click the link will be prompted to choose either a thumbs-up or thumbs-down option. If they select thumbs-up, the business is notified that the customer had a positive experience. If they select thumbs-down, the business is notified that the customer had a negative experience. This notification is received before a review is submitted, and does not guarantee a review will be submitted, although the notification does contain the name of the review site the customer may be leaving a review on.
