From mobile app
When you log into your app, you’ll see three fields. Your business name, or the phrase "Who is being reviewed," will populate in that top field. The next two are for customer information. Simply type in the customer’s name and mobile number and hit “Send.” If you prefer to use your address book, tap the magnifying glass in the "Customer Name" field and choose one of your contacts. To use this feature, you'll need to give the app permission to access your contacts.
Please note: cutting and pasting the phone number will not work.
From desktop app
The desktop app interface will closely resemble the mobile app interface. Follow the instructions above to send a review request from your desktop or other non-mobile device.
From your dashboard (www.thereviewsolution.com/app), choose the “Send a request” option from your main menu, which is dark blue and vertical on the left-hand side of your screen. You'll get a popup form that looks just like the mobile app. From here, simply fill in the customer’s information and hit “Send.”
