All BBB reviews are manually processed by your local Better Business Bureau before they’re posted. Reviews are screened and censored for certain language and personal information. Reviews can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to post after the customer submits the review, although BBBs can usually have them turned around in less than 72 hours. You can always check the status of your BBB reviews in your app dashboard, but ultimately, it is BBB that has control over these reviews.
