You can track your review requests in your app dashboard (login instructions below). Select the “Reporting” tab from the main menu on the left-hand side of the page, and scroll down a bit. You’ll see a table with all the review requests you’ve sent. You can sort within the columns by date & time sent, customer name, phone number, email, and other criteria. If a customer left a BBB review, you can see the actual review text by clicking the “View details” link on the far right side of that particular row. You can log into your dashboard by following these instructions:
