If you’ve misplaced your device key and can’t get into your app, click the “Forgot device key” link below the green “Log In” button on your app. Your device key will be sent to the email on file for your account.
You can also view your device keys on your app dashboard. They will show on the landing page and in the “Device Keys” tab. To access your dashboard, visit www.thereviewsolution.com/app. You will need the email address you used to sign up for the app as well as the password you created. You can always reset your password using the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.
If you cannot access your dashboard, try to locate the email you received when you created your BBB app account. Most were sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also have gotten email from an account using an @3ci.agency address. This email will include all your device keys plus your dashboard login information.
